COMPANY HISTORY

GreatSmith Industries started in the early 2000’s to fill the need for supplying yard space and buildings to the burgeoning oil and gas service industry with the idea of streamlining the development, design and construction process with a single source for the end user.  We handle controlling the upfront design, specification detailing, city review / approval process and all the details of construction. What started with a handful of smaller industrial buildings throughout the Permian Basin has turned into vertically integrated development, design, and a construction company with projects ranging from under 7,500 square feet to over 30,000 square feet under roof. Since inception, GreatSmith has developed, designed, and built over 35 industrial and oil and gas projects in addition to developing over 750 acres of industrial parks in the Permian Basin.
